Acceleration

Biometric KYC for regulated digital products.

Face match, liveness detection, fingerprint verification, and document KYC — built into the onboarding flow of banks, fintech, and regulated platforms. Mobile and web, with the operational logic to handle real-world capture conditions.

Face Fingerprint Liveness
What we deliver

Every biometric KYC modality, integrated for production.

The capture, the matching, the audit trail, the fallback handling — all wired in.

Face

Face match (selfie vs ID)

Capture, quality validation, and matching the live selfie against the photo on the customer’s identity document.

Liveness

Liveness detection

3D depth-aware liveness, motion-based liveness, and challenge-response patterns that beat photo and video attacks.

Fingerprint

Fingerprint match

NADRA biometric integration plus custom fingerprint-match modules for non-NADRA contexts.

Documents

Document KYC

OCR extraction, document tampering detection, and validation against issuing-authority data where possible.

Risk

Risk scoring

Composite risk scores combining biometric confidence, document quality, and behavioral signals for go/no-go decisions.

Dashboard

KYC dashboards

Operations dashboards for review queues, exception handling, and audit-trail inspection.

FAQs

Questions buyers typically ask.

How accurate are these biometric checks in practice?

Face match accuracy is typically >99% with quality capture; fingerprint match against NADRA is government-issued accuracy. The real-world challenge is capture quality — bad lighting, low-end phones, motion blur. Our capture-side validation rejects bad inputs before they reach matching, so production false-rejection rates stay low.

How do you handle false rejections?

Customers get clear retry guidance (“hold phone closer,” “improve lighting”) with a configurable retry limit before falling back to manual review. The manual-review queue is built into the dashboard with full audit on every override.

Mobile native or web — which is better?

Native (iOS/Android SDK) gives better capture quality and lower abandonment. Web is fine for KYC top-ups or branch-tablet flows. We support both and recommend native for the primary onboarding journey.

Where does the biometric data live?

Biometric templates can be stored on-premise, in your cloud account, or sent directly to NADRA-managed infrastructure depending on the matching service and your regulator’s residency rules. We never store biometric data on BrainCrop infrastructure.

Compliance — what standards do you build to?

SBP digital onboarding regulations, ISO 27001 standards, PCI-DSS where payments are involved, and equivalent regulator requirements in non-Pakistan markets. Audit trails are designed to satisfy on-site regulator inspections.
