Signature program

AI workflows, live in 60 days.

A fixed-scope program that takes one AI workflow from idea to running in production — on your stack, with your team, end to end. Already delivered for banking and enterprise clients. No pilots that never ship.

60 days Fixed scope Production-grade
● Built for production, not pilots

From idea to running in production. In one quarter.

Most AI initiatives stall between “promising prototype” and “actually running in production with real users.” The AI Operations Sprint is engineered to close that gap — once. Fast. With production-grade discipline.

Why this program exists

The pilot-to-production gap is where most AI work dies.

Most enterprises now have a folder of AI proofs of concept. A demo that wowed leadership. A notebook that classifies something interesting. A chatbot that answers a few canned questions well. What they don’t have is any of it running in production, integrated with real systems, used daily by real people.

The gap between prototype and production is where security review, integration, identity, data residency, audit logging, monitoring, governance, handoff, and operational discipline live. The Sprint is built to handle all of it — in one focused 60-day push that ends with a live, owned, maintainable system.

What you can ship

Four use cases the Sprint is shaped for.

Each is a real engagement we’ve delivered. Each has a known production path. Each fits inside 60 days when scoped correctly.

Use case 01

Internal knowledge assistant

RAG over your docs, SOPs, and policies — for support, ops, and onboarding teams who today spend hours searching the wiki.

  • Sources: Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, file shares
  • Slack, Teams, or web app interface
  • Audit trail per response, citations on every answer
  • SSO with your existing identity provider
Use case 02

WhatsApp customer-service co-pilot

Agent assistance, sentiment routing, and live-agent handoff inside your existing WhatsApp channel. Proven at scale on the Faysal channel.

  • Drafted replies for agents to approve or edit
  • Intent and sentiment classification on every message
  • Smart routing to the right human or skill queue
  • Full conversation context preserved on handoff
Use case 03

Document & invoice triage

Classification, field extraction, and routing for high-volume document workflows — invoices, contracts, claims, KYC packs, supplier onboarding documents.

  • OCR + LLM extraction on structured and unstructured docs
  • Confidence-aware routing to auto-process or review queue
  • Integration with your ERP, AP, or case-management system
  • Exception dashboards for the human reviewer
Use case 04

AI-assisted onboarding

KYC review, document parsing, biometric checks, and anomaly flagging — for regulated digital onboarding where the human reviewer’s time is the bottleneck.

  • Identity-document OCR and tampering detection
  • Risk scoring fused from biometric + document + behavioral signals
  • Auto-approve high-confidence cases, queue the rest
  • Compliance-ready audit log on every decision
The 60-day arc

Four phases. One outcome. No drift.

A predictable structure so both teams know exactly where we are at any moment of the engagement.

  1. 1

    Discover · Weeks 1–2

Workshops with your business and technical teams. Use-case validation, integration assessment, security and compliance scoping. You leave with a validated use case, an integration plan, success KPIs, and a known go-live target. If the use case isn’t right for a 60-day Sprint, we say so — and refund the discovery fee.

  2. 2

    Build · Weeks 3–6

The workflow is built end to end, wired into your stack, and tested against your real data — not toy demos. Two-weekly demos with your team. Architecture decisions documented as we go. Security review runs in parallel, not as a final gate.

  3. 3

    Deploy · Weeks 7–8

Deployment into your environment, your cloud, your security boundary. UAT with real users. Production cutover on a defined date. Monitoring, observability, and incident runbooks live before the first real transaction.

  4. 4

    Operate & handoff · Week 8+

Two weeks of joint operation with your team. Governance guardrails in place. Documentation, runbooks, and architecture notes handed over. Your team can run it. Or we keep operating under a managed-support arrangement — your call, decided in week 8.

What you get

The Sprint’s tangible deliverables.

By day 60, you have the system running and the artifacts to own it.

A working production system

One AI workflow, deployed in your environment, integrated with your stack, used by real people on real data. Not a prototype that needs three more sprints to ship.

Source code & infrastructure as code

Full source repository, deployment configuration in Terraform or equivalent, environment-as-code for staging and production. Your team can rebuild from zero if needed.

Architecture & decision documentation

Architecture diagrams, key decision records, integration specs, and the reasoning behind tech choices. No tribal knowledge stuck in the heads of the build team.

Operations runbooks

Monitoring dashboards, alert thresholds, on-call playbooks, incident response procedures, and the day-2 operational discipline your team needs.

Governance guardrails

Output safety controls, prompt-injection defense, audit trails, data retention rules, and the regulatory documentation your compliance team requires.

Trained internal team

Working-session training, written walkthroughs, and a handoff package that lets your team own the system. We can also continue running it for you — your choice.

Engagement model

How the Sprint is priced and scoped.

Fixed price

You see the number before you sign. No open-ended T&M. Discovery, build, deploy, and the handoff are all priced together as one engagement.

Fixed scope

One workflow. One outcome. Scope is locked at the end of week 2. New use cases become future Sprints, not midflight expansion that breaks the 60-day target.

Discovery guarantee

If discovery surfaces that the use case isn’t right for a 60-day Sprint, we say so — and refund the discovery fee. You leave with a use case, just not a build.

The Sprint runs USD 60,000–120,000 depending on integration depth and compliance scope. The number is confirmed at the end of the discovery phase, before the build phase begins. Operations engagements after handoff are priced separately as monthly retainers if you choose to keep us running it.

Who this is for

Where the Sprint fits.

You have an AI initiative that needs to ship.

A use case identified, possibly a prototype, definitely a board-level commitment. The Sprint replaces 6-month “exploration” engagements with a 60-day production landing.

You’re a bank, fintech, or regulated enterprise.

Compliance, audit, identity, and joint-ops are not optional. The Sprint is built for environments where the AI work has to satisfy regulator inspection from week one.

You have one workflow, not ten.

If you’re trying to ship five things at once, the Sprint isn’t the right fit — you need a longer custom engagement. The Sprint is at its best on one focused outcome.

Your team will own the result.

The Sprint ends with handoff. If you don’t have an internal team to own day 2, that’s fine — we operate it for you. But the system is designed to be ownable, not vendor-locked.

FAQs

Common questions about the Sprint.

What if we don’t have a clearly defined use case yet?

That’s what discovery is for. Bring the business problem, not the solution. In the first two weeks, we work with your team to identify the use case that’s both impactful and feasible inside the 60-day window. If nothing fits, we say so up front — no commitment to build.

How is this different from a regular AI consulting engagement?

The Sprint is productized. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline, predefined methodology. Traditional consulting engagements are open-ended on most of those. The trade-off: the Sprint isn’t right if you want to “explore” — it’s built for clients ready to ship.

What models and platforms do you use?

Depends on the use case, your data residency rules, and your compliance constraints. Typical stack: OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude for production-grade accuracy, open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral) when self-hosting is required, vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate), and orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom).

What does compliance look like for banking clients?

Compliance is baked into the methodology — not bolted on at the end. We deliver against ISO 27001 standards, banking-regulator requirements, data residency, audit trails, output safety controls, and penetration testing. Your infosec and compliance teams are involved from week one.

Who operates the system after the 60 days?

Your call. If your team is ready to own it, week 8 is the handoff — runbooks, training, documentation, source code all transferred. If you want us to keep running it, we set up a monthly managed-support retainer. We’ve structured both ways, including the joint-ops model used at our banking clients.

What if the Sprint runs into a delay?

Two-week demos give both sides early visibility into any risk. If something genuinely blocks the timeline (a third-party dependency, a regulator decision, an unexpected data issue), we flag it the moment it surfaces and renegotiate scope or schedule explicitly. We don’t silently slip.

Can the Sprint be done remote-only or on-site?

Either. Discovery week and final cutover are easier on-site, but the rest of the engagement runs well fully remote with structured async communication. Banking clients in Karachi typically prefer on-site for the bookend phases; international clients run fully remote.

Do we own the IP?

Yes, on delivery. Source code, infrastructure code, documentation, and operational runbooks are yours. We retain no rights to use client-specific work elsewhere.

Ready to start a Sprint?

Tell us what you’d like to ship. If discovery confirms the use case is right for a 60-day Sprint, we move to scope and timeline. If it isn’t, we’ll be honest about that too.
