The challenge
Multiple schools, fragmented systems.
Nixor College was running multiple schools across different locations on a patchwork of legacy systems. Admissions, academics, attendance, and finance each lived in separate tools. Cross-school reporting was a manual exercise; parent and staff communication was inconsistent; daily operations were slowed by data living in too many places.
The goal: replace the fragmented stack with one connected, end-to-end operational platform that covered the full daily workflow of an educational institute — and could scale as Nixor added more schools.
The approach

BrainCrop designed and built a custom hybrid ERP in close collaboration with Nixor’s leadership and operations teams. The platform runs partly on-premise — for on-campus operations, attendance, and offline-tolerant workflows — and partly in the cloud, for cross-school reporting, parent-facing portals, and centralized administration.
Every operational module — from admissions to academics to attendance to finance — lives in one connected system. Parents and staff have dedicated portals with role-based access. Nixor’s leadership has cross-school visibility for the first time. BrainCrop operates the platform after launch: monitoring, incident response, enhancements, and module expansion as needs evolve.
