FAQs

Questions enterprise teams typically ask.

Can you integrate with our existing ERP and operational systems?

Yes. We work with all major ERPs (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, SAP), CRMs, ticketing systems, and proprietary internal tools. Our middleware layer abstracts the integration so your custom platforms work with whatever you already run.

Can you take over an existing internal system that someone else built?

Often, yes. We start with a short technical assessment of the existing codebase, infrastructure, integrations, and operational state. The outcome is either a takeover plan, a modernization plan, or an honest recommendation to rebuild — whichever is right for the business.

Where does AI fit into internal operations?

AI is most useful where you have repetitive judgment work: document review, customer-service triage, internal Q&A over policies and SOPs, exception handling in operational workflows, and decision-support analytics. We build AI into the systems your team already uses rather than as a separate “AI tool.”

How do you handle multi-location, multi-business-unit deployments?

Architecture is multi-tenant by default. Role-based access, business-unit-level data segregation, location-specific configurations, and cross-business-unit reporting are designed in from the start.

Who operates the systems after launch?

By default, BrainCrop operates the system — monitoring, incident response, ongoing enhancements. For enterprise clients with strong internal IT operations, we can structure production jointly: your team owns production, BrainCrop maintains and ships updates via UAT/Dev. Same pattern works well for banking and other regulated clients.

How does pricing work for enterprise engagements?

Custom builds are scoped and quoted as fixed-deliverable milestones — not open-ended T&M. Operations engagements are typically monthly retainers based on scope and SLA. You see numbers before you sign, and milestones are negotiated upfront.
