Design work for product launches, rebrands, customer journeys, and the visual layer of the systems we build. Paired with engineering or standalone. The design studio is a dedicated practice that brings discipline and craft to every engagement.
Some engagements need real design discipline before engineering picks up the keyboard — a brand book that survives multiple touch-points, a UX flow that customers actually finish, a website that converts. Others have engineering already in flight and just need a stronger visual layer.
Our design studio runs as a dedicated practice within BrainCrop. They work with engineering when projects are integrated builds, and stand on their own when the deliverable is purely visual — for product launches, rebrands, marketing sites, and customer journey redesigns.
Whether you need a full brand foundation or a single landing page, the design studio scopes to fit.
Visual identity, brand books, logo systems, and the rules that keep a brand consistent across touch-points.
User journeys, wireframes, prototyping, and product UX work — for apps, customer portals, and digital products.
Marketing sites, landing pages, conversion-focused designs, and content-rich sites — from concept through high-fidelity mockups.
Full rebrand work, brand refreshes, and the rollout planning that makes brand transitions actually stick.
Pitch decks, ad creative, infographics, illustrations, and ongoing marketing collateral — supported by the brand system.
When the engagement is a full product or system build, design and engineering work hand-in-hand — design isn’t tossed over the wall.
A brand book, a rebrand, a marketing site design, or a UX flow — delivered as design files (Figma, brand assets, specs).
Design and engineering teams work together on a single product or platform build — UX and UI integrated with the codebase from the start.
Monthly retainer for ongoing design needs — marketing collateral, product iteration, brand-system maintenance, and ad hoc design requests.
Yes. Standalone design engagements are common — brand books, rebrands, marketing site designs, and UX flows are often delivered as pure design work. The output is design files (Figma, brand assets, specs) ready for any developer or agency to implement.
Figma is the primary tool. Brand assets are delivered as Figma libraries, exported SVGs and PNGs, and brand-book PDFs. We also work in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop) when project requirements call for it.
Standalone design projects are scoped and quoted as fixed-deliverable milestones. Retainer engagements are monthly with a defined design capacity per month. Combined design + engineering engagements have design baked into the overall project price.
Typically within 1-2 weeks of brief sign-off for standalone work; 1 week for retainer engagements. For combined design + engineering builds, the design phase kicks off in the first sprint.
Yes. End-to-end rebrand work includes brand discovery and positioning, visual identity redesign, brand book creation, rollout planning, and the templates and toolkits that make the rebrand stick across the organization. Typical rebrand timelines run 8-16 weeks depending on scope.
The design studio works across industries — banking, education, retail, enterprise, and B2B SaaS. The engineering side of BrainCrop is banking-grade and education-deep; the design side is broader and has done work across most sectors.
